In this 90 minute consultation, you will meet with holistic lifestyle coach Lizzy. We will review your current diet and lifestyle report, stress load and "red flags." This initial consultation is critical to get things started. We will dive a little deeper into your current health and habits and start to implement change.  In this one-on-one consult, you will receive clear and sustainable goals and walk away with a new lease on life. Body composition analysis is optional for face-to-face consults. The initial consultation is also available via Skype.

You may have heard of "macro" ratios or flexible dieting. Although this can be successful in achieving body composition results quickly, there are many things to consider in order to prioritise health, performance and optimal wellbeing. Our goal is to guide you towards a healthy relationship with food that is nourishing and  sustainable while also reaching your body composition goals. You will be provided with an understanding of macronutrients and food quality, optimal "ranges" for your individual goals, ongoing support through our private Facebook group and assistance in setting up your tracking tools.

If you're changing things up or working with our practitioners, you'll often find that your body may look, feel and function a lot differently! Our skin-fold profiles are a great way to measure your progress and accurately see how and where you've changed. The scale can be deceiving and we're all about maintaining lean muscle mass, so this can be one of the only ways to really find out what's going on. Practitioners completing your body composition profiles are qualified Level 1 Anthropometrists. You will be provided with your individual profile report and estimated body fat %.
