Primal Junction evolved as an alternative approach to finding better health and more happiness. To put it simply, we believe that with a few tweaks to your diet, lifestyle and daily habits, you can feel better, get stronger and find balance. We've worked with hundreds of individuals looking for more energy, less body fat, better performance and a more holistic approach to illness prevention.

We've listened to your feedback and we're here to provide you with delicious recipes, interesting articles and some simple guidance in the ever-changing world of health and nutrition. We love discussion and more than anything, we want to hear from you.

Primal Junction is based in Melbourne, Australia and as an extension of our online community, we provide one-on-one nutrition and health consultations, classes and regular events on topics from how to make your own nut milk to an introduction to the Paleo diet.

Whether you are wanting to learn about cooking clean for a hungry family, how to shift your pesky body fat or why you need more and more coffee to get your engine started in the morning, we can help to identify some of the roadblocks that are holding you back from achieving optimal health.


LIZZY MARSH  ||   Lizzy was born in Santa Cruz, California, and grew up in New Zealand from the age of two. She has always been involved in sport and fitness, from lifesaving club champ to National swimmer. Lizzy moved to Australia to study Medicine and Surgery at university, but soon discovered her passion for preventative and integrated health and nutrition rather than a band-aid approach to illness and disease. Lizzy transitioned into a degree in Exercise Science and has since worked with a range of both recreational and elite athletes to educate them about real-food nutrition, lifestyle and performance.

Lizzy is a passionate coach, speaker and author and her goal is to inspire individuals to achieve better balance, health and happiness. Lizzy uses a holistic approach with her clients for improved sleep, weight loss, performance gains, decreased stress and improved hormonal balance.
